Mary Marg Helgenberger, born November 16, 1958 in America, is an actor. She started her acting career in the mid-80s and first came to attention for her role as Siobhan Ryan on the daytime soap drama Ryan's Hope from 1982 to the year 1986. Her best-known role in the show is Catherine Willows, a CBS procedural drama. Crime Scene Investigation 2000-13 and Immortality 2015, the TV film that followed. Vegas (present-day) is an update to the earlier film. Helgenberger is also known for her portrayal of K.C. She won the Emmy Award in 1990 for Outstanding supporting actress in the Drama Series to honor her character in the role of Koloski in China Beach, an ABC Drama China Beach from 1988 to 1991. She has also appeared in the TV series Under the Dome, Intelligence and in the film Species (1996) Species II (1998), Erin Brockovich (2000) as well as Mr. Brooks (2007).
